Provide personal financial counseling to U.S. military service members and their families at military installations during short-term, surge, and on-demand coverage needs. Deliver one-on-one counseling, consultations, and educational briefings and workshops on financial management across the military lifecycle. Use virtual counseling and electronic communication tools when authorized, coordinate with installation POCs, and participate in supervision, training, and quality improvement activities.

•Obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation and pass the Congressionally Mandated Disclosures for OCI process if required.
•Hold one of the following certifications: AFC, CFP, or ChFC.
