Key Responsibilities

•Product Ownership & Roadmap: Manage and maintain product roadmaps for global data and AI products, ensuring alignment with AI strategy and prioritized business outcomes.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison across business stakeholders and global outcome leads to gather needs, manage expectations, and coordinate delivery priorities.
•Compliance-by-Design Delivery: Work with technical teams and 2LoD partners to ensure products are delivered in a compliant manner, with governance and controls embedded throughout the lifecycle.
•Responsible AI Alignment: Ensure AI solutions are developed and operated in line with Responsible AI principles, supporting oversight, documentation, and risk considerations.
•User Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Collect, structure, and coordinate user feedback, translating it into actionable enhancements to improve product usability, reliability, and value.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Science, Financial Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant roles (product management and/or data/AI delivery environments).
•Strong experience in product management (roadmaps, requirements, prioritization, stakeholder alignment).
•Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
•Solid knowledge of cloud computing concepts and delivery considerations.
