Drive early customer success for ThousandEyes by delivering hands-on enablement, implementation, and optimization services. Key Responsibilities

•Engage with enterprise customers during initial stages to ensure ThousandEyes successful deployment, adoption, and value realization.
•Deliver enablement, implementation, and optimization services as a trusted technical advisor throughout engagements.
•Plan and execute deployments, including configuring monitoring and documenting solutions.
•Deliver customer training and provide best-practice recommendations tailored to each environment.
•Apply deep knowledge of ThousandEyes and core network architecture to support technical and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Project management and consulting experience, able to prioritize and deliver in tight timeframes.
•Strong grasp of network and application protocols; Cisco/Juniper certification strongly preferred.
•Experience maintaining or implementing LAN/WAN environments.
•Familiarity with web technologies for deployment, maintenance, debugging, including REST APIs.
•Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
