Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll eligible individuals into the program virtually and in-person at partner locations.
  • •Listen to eligible members, meet them where they are, and communicate with trust-building approaches through multiple outreach attempts.
  • •Educate partners on Pair Team services and explain Enhanced Care Management benefits to eligible members.
  • •Use customer service skills to gain trust, drive enrollment, and manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel.
  • •Maintain timely communication with internal teams and partners and provide updates on funnel stages, delays, and blockers.

Key Requirements

  • •Physically located in the United States and able to work PST hours.
  • •1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment.
  • •Bilingual in English/Spanish with strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.

  • •Must have a valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
