Lead and coach a team of 8 buyers across Gennevilliers and Velizy, overseeing the procurement activity, coordinating purchase requests and orders, and driving performance through KPIs and strategic reporting. Drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Suppliers and international groups in a complex industrial environment.
