  • •PILoter l’activité approvisionnement et coordonner les flux de demandes d’achats et de commandes achats
  • •Develop the competencies of the team through coaching plans and job-focused training
  • •Conceive and monitor performance indicators and operational/strategic reporting
  • •Optimize procurement processes and contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation

Key Requirements

  • •Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 en Supply Chain, Achats ou Logistique Industrielle et minimum 10 années d’expérience dans les Approvisionnements ou la Supply Chain, idéalement en environnement industriel ou technologique complexe
  • •Expérience managériale confirmée et capacité à diriger une équipe (8 approvisionneurs) sur plusieurs sites
  • •Maîtrise des systèmes ERP de type SAP et outils de reporting/Business Intelligence
  • •Connaissance du cycle Procure-to-Pay (demande d’achat jusqu’au paiement fournisseur) et gestion des flux d’approvisionnement
  • •Anglais courant à l’oral et à l’écrit pour échanger avec les équipes internationales
