Job Summary

Partner with hiring managers on the People team to attract and hire exceptional talent across GTM, Corporate, Engineering/Product, and Science. Own end-to-end candidate journeys, guide searches in competitive markets, and improve recruitment processes using data. Serve as an ambassador to ensure a high-quality candidate experience, while shaping the evolving talent acquisition function as an early team member. Regularly visit Paris and work from various locations.

•Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
•Attract and engage candidates across diverse functions and locations.
•Oversee end-to-end candidate journeys with clear communication.
•Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement areas.
•Propose and implement enhancements to recruiting processes, documentation, and tools.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of recruiting experience in demanding environments, ideally in tech or high-growth settings.
•Strong depth recruiting for either Enterprise GTM, Product Engineering, Infrastructure, or Science roles.
•Comfort managing searches independently in highly competitive talent markets.
•Ability to solve problems and improve processes using data.
•Experience supporting international recruitment and communicating effectively in English.
