Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from initial negotiations through final claim resolution and program closure. Negotiate and draft settlement documents, develop settlement structures and eligibility criteria, and serve as primary legal and operations lead to ensure efficient and compliant execution. Oversee teams reviewing and categorizing incoming claims, perform claims data analysis and trend monitoring, and manage settlement implementation, workflow, and quality assurance.
