Job Summary

Lead AI innovation within the Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence team by identifying high-value use cases, shaping priorities, and designing proof of concepts using generative AI and large language models. Partner across business, data, technology, and risk/legal/security functions to translate problems into solution concepts, user stories, success measures, and adoption plans. Champion responsible AI governance while building stakeholder confidence through prototypes, demos, and training.

•Drive AI innovation by identifying, shaping, and prioritizing high-value use cases with business stakeholders.
•Design and deliver proof of concepts using large language models, generative AI, automation, and intelligent workflow support.
•Partner with business, data, technology, legal, compliance, risk, and security teams to move ideas from discovery through experimentation and adoption.
•Translate business challenges into AI solution concepts, user stories, success measures, and implementation considerations.
•Champion responsible AI practices and build momentum for adoption through demos, prototypes, training, and executive-ready business cases.

Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelors degree and 4+ years of experience in the Insurance or Operations area (or High School Diploma with 6+ years, or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with associate degree and 4+ years).
•Project management experience.
•Hands-on experience designing and delivering cross-functional initiatives, including AI and automation, managing change, and engaging stakeholders.
•Experience working with generative AI and large language models (including AI tools or applied AI solutions) in a business environment.
•Understanding of responsible AI practices including governance, privacy, human oversight, transparency, model limitations, and ethical use.
