Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in finance-related fields (proptech, payments, crypto, insurance, etc.)
•2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing products
•1+ year managing cross-functional teams (Product Owners directly manage Engineering, Operations, and Design)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•A strong eye for UX/UI and understanding of design best practices
