•Support technical and non-technical searches by adapting evaluation criteria and learning new role types.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of recruiting experience in an agency/staffing environment or an in-house talent role at a fast-paced startup.
•Hands-on experience with recruiting/sourcing tools and demonstrated ability to leverage them effectively.
•Ability to efficiently triage high volumes of inbound applicants and identify strong candidates.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to conduct effective, role-specific phone screens.
•Genuine curiosity and demonstrated adaptability.
