Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex multidisciplinary projects, coordinating building engineering disciplines and wider project teams to deliver design solutions end-to-end.
  • •Partner with clients to understand needs, interpret requirements, and document design assumptions, risks, and related scope.
  • •Own design management: define scope, coordinate technical inputs, manage interfaces, and lead design reviews aligned to client requirements and project objectives.
  • •Manage project delivery across programme, financial performance, resourcing, financial governance, and identify/manage scope changes, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Develop the business through client engagement, proposals, and work-winning activities to create new opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years’ experience in building engineering with a strong technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, or Hydraulic (or another relevant discipline).
  • •Relevant engineering qualification, with Chartered status highly regarded.
  • •Demonstrated design management and/or project management experience.
  • •Commercial and contract management experience with scope, programme, financial governance, and change management.
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary teams delivering complex projects, including stakeholder and client management across complex work.
