Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand the client business model and engage relevant subject matter experts to identify opportunities.
  • •Execute and/or submit account servicing activities including wires, fund transfers, account openings/closures, and document imaging.
  • •Handle paying and receiving activities, including cash transactions and daily balancing, in line with WM Lobby Banking Operations policies.
  • •Assist with safe deposit box maintenance and servicing (where available) and ensure deposit account documentation completeness.
  • •Maintain knowledge of banking products, monitor reports, support audits, and mentor/train other personal bankers as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of related experience.
  • •Knowledge of banking operations, products, and services (acquired through related work experience preferred).
  • •Knowledge of federal regulations and banking guidelines (usually acquired through related work experience or formal training).
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage conflicting priorities and resolve requests.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
