Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the end-to-end investigation process, from intake and planning to evidence analysis and reporting.
  • •Ensure investigations are conducted with confidentiality, impartiality, and respect for privacy.
  • •Identify patterns, root causes, and systemic weaknesses to inform improvements to policies, processes, and training.
  • •Propose and help implement updates to investigation SOPs, case standards, and documentation templates.
  • •Provide legal advice and guidance on compliance matters and support ethics-related training and internal communications.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience conducting workplace investigations in Ethics & Compliance, Employee Relations, Legal, HR, or relevant government agencies, preferably in-house or regulatory environments.
  • •Strong understanding of workplace standards and investigation practices, including procedural fairness and case management fundamentals.
  • •Experience conducting internal investigations involving whistleblower, fraud, and misconduct cases with discretion and confidentiality.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely explain complex topics.
  • •Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work effectively across functions and international teams.
