Job Summary

Lead facilities maintenance operations for a luxury hotel/residences property, ensuring electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-life safety, and related systems are maintained through preventive and conditional-based maintenance. Work safely across shifts, provide shift coverage, escalate and advise on issues, and support emergencies. Maintain tools (including calibration), keep work areas clean, and train other staff while following property procedures and equipment manuals.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure assigned facilities maintenance tasks are completed and property aspects are sustained in line with maintenance procedures.
•Carry out conditional based maintenance and preventive maintenance following equipment manuals and property guidelines.
•Provide shift coverage, work during building emergencies, and monitor fire alarm/life safety systems as necessary.
•Maintain tools and equipment as issued and keep calibration updated where required.
•Teach and train other staff, escalate issues to senior personnel, and keep work areas clean before/during/after jobs.

Key Requirements

•10+ years’ experience in a facilities maintenance trade and trade school or upper education; able to work independently and supervise when needed.
•Hands-on maintenance knowledge across property systems including electrical, mechanical, kitchen, painting, carpentry, and audio/visual systems.
•Experience with conditional based maintenance and preventive maintenance according to equipment manufacturers and property guidelines.
•Working knowledge of electrical distribution and related systems (e.g., wiring, circuit protection, motors, starters, transformers, switchgear).
•Knowledge and experience with building water systems, plumbing installation (PPR/PVC pipelines), and HVAC unit operation/maintenance.
