Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide an efficient and courteous welcome to customers arriving at the service reception and seat them as needed
  • •Maintain daily appointment board updates and inform customers about appointment times
  • •Manage overcrowding at the reception to keep customers satisfied
  • •Assist in maintaining courtesy/loaner cars and ensure the reception area is clean
  • •Call customers to remind them of their service appointment
