Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead architecture, design, development, and implementation for software supporting the Vision NEXT platform.
  • •Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Set standards for coding, testing, debugging, performance, security, and application reliability, and define formal quality gates.
  • •Establish API test automation and quality gates using RestAssured, Karate, and Postman/Newman across teams.
  • •Own REST and event-driven integration patterns (RabbitMQ, webhooks, retry/idempotency) and provide technical mentorship/advisory to teams.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of software development, solution delivery, or software architecture experience.
  • •7+ years providing technical leadership, architecture guidance, or serving as a lead engineer on complex enterprise initiatives.
  • •7+ years hands-on object-oriented programming experience with Java, C, C#, C++, or similar languages.
  • •Deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot with ability to set coding and architectural standards across teams.
  • •Hands-on experience with SQL databases plus 3+ years delivering solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP (and Agile development environments).
