Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end logistics operational activities for Diageo Korea (customs forwarder, warehousing/rework, and domestic customer order delivery).
  • •Ensure local quality and food safety requirements are met for customer deliveries.
  • •Resolve customer/consumer complaints, coordinating with track-and-trace and handling reverse logistics.
  • •Lead logistics business process management aligned to Diageo Best Practice Standard, including people management of 1 headcount.
  • •Manage logistics budget and performance (Move cost), inventory and RCCP targets, and drive productivity/savings and sustainability/carbon footprint initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree at minimum, with logistics background preferred.
  • •At least 5+ years of experience in logistics activities, specifically transportation and warehousing.
  • •Ability to think critically and manage large databases and multiple systems concurrently.
  • •Fluency in both English and Korean.
  • •SAP system knowledge is required; proven track record leading business improvement and transformation projects.
