Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyse data to develop insights and recommendations that help clients make better workforce decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Total Reward, Pay Transparency, Rewards Analytics, People Analytics, Job Architecture, Talent Management or related advisory fields.
  • •Experience supporting and delivering consulting projects, ideally in a client-facing environment.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Strong organisational and project management skills to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
