Job Summary

Own end-to-end safety model data production and evaluation for TikTok’s Trust & Safety systems within the ADSO/SMO team. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and improve model training, identify performance gaps and loopholes, and propose initiatives. Continuously advance data pipelines using the latest LLM tools, research new training methods, and ensure high-quality delivery across regions.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, improve, and manage the model training and evaluation process.
•Identify model performance gaps and loopholes and propose initiatives to improve model performance.
•Explore the latest LLM tools and continuously improve data pipelines to increase data production efficiency.
•Research new model training methods and propose solutions to improve scalability, efficiency, and coverage.
•Own end-to-end data production, including dataset standards, model evaluations, and high-quality data delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
•Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, including large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
•Hands-on experience with data analysis and Python, plus ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
•Fundamental project management skills to manage end-to-end project operations and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Strong learning, problem-solving, and execution skills with basic English communication.
