Key Responsibilities

  • •Build a people agenda aligned to your group’s strategy, structure, and drivers to improve capability, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • •Advise managers and senior leaders across performance, development, compensation, team structure, and change; communicate and persuade as needed.
  • •Coach first-time and early-tenure managers through people leadership challenges and follow through to improve outcomes.
  • •Run performance management end to end, including expectations, documentation standards, improvement plans, and difficult conversations and exits.
  • •Own the employee lifecycle for your group, including leaves, accommodations, return-to-work, internal moves, and exits, and manage employee relations independently with escalation when warranted.
