Senior Product Solutions Manager

Own the technical and operational onboarding of enterprise customers, translating firm operating procedures into EvenUp configurations. In this cross-functional individual contributor role, you’ll write and iterate AI prompts, run SQL for data mapping and reporting validation, and lead end-to-end UAT to ensure production readiness. Serve as the voice of the customer by triaging rollout issues and structured feedback, prioritizing use cases that shape the product roadmap.
