  • •Configure customer environments by setting up Smart Workflows, task plans, and document templates.
  • •Draft, test, and refine AI prompts for v1 launch quality thresholds.
  • •Write and execute SQL for custom firm reports, data mapping, and validation; investigate data discrepancies.
  • •Design and lead end-to-end UAT, triage rollout failures, and prioritize use cases in the product backlog.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (SaaS, LegalTech, or complex operations).
  • •Track record leading or working on customization-heavy “system of record” implementations for large enterprise customers.
