Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all operational functions including inventory control, housekeeping, maintenance and selling service associates.
  • •Ensure adherence to P&L budgets for all operational areas and train/implement company policies to ensure compliance.
  • •Develop and implement efficient workflows and directives to support operational efficiency and growth.
  • •Coordinate with retail management and vendors to maintain stores and back-of-house operations and ensure IT/phone systems functioning properly.
  • •Recruit, train and manage operational staff (including SSA’s, housekeeping, shipping/receiving, asset protection guards and after-sales staff) to support a premium client experience.
