•Develop and implement efficient workflows and directives to support operational efficiency and growth.
•Coordinate with retail management and vendors to maintain stores and back-of-house operations and ensure IT/phone systems functioning properly.
•Recruit, train and manage operational staff (including SSA’s, housekeeping, shipping/receiving, asset protection guards and after-sales staff) to support a premium client experience.

•Strong POS and phone systems knowledge
