Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, wire, and modify manufacturing medium- and high-voltage indoor and outdoor assemblies according to established guidelines.
  • •Work from manufacturing information, electrical/mechanical drawings, sketches, and supervisor/team lead instructions.
  • •Complete ISO checklists, quality checklists, customer checklists, feedback forms, and production lists as required.
  • •Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wiring operations; inspect assemblies to ensure secure hardware, complete components, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Respond to change notices and customer requested adjustments; support engineering, drafting, and supervision with customer-driven development and coach colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •1 year of industrial manufacturing experience.
  • •Skilled in the safe and efficient use of hand tools and pneumatic (air) tools.
  • •Basic computer skills.
  • •Ability to safely use hand and power tools, step ladders, and cranes to assemble products and verify quality in a Lean environment.
