Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and organize the wardrobe area for efficient, fast event operations.
  • •Assign, document, recollect wardrobe items at wardrobe check-in and check-out.
  • •Work with performers on distribution and styling of costume elements, props, footwear, and accessories during rehearsals and show changes.
  • •Fit performers for costume sizing, provide feedback on appearances, and recommend grooming changes.
  • •Repair, clean, prep, and maintain costumes and related items; make approved alterations and ensure quality using the wardrobe checklist.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in fashion, textiles, costuming, production arts, or at least 3 years of relevant experience in wardrobe, costuming, or styling.
  • •Practical skills in hand and machine sewing.
  • •Able to style and recreate a look from a photo or description in a clear and defined manner.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of how to repair costuming, accessories, and footwear.
  • •Good interpersonal and communication skills, with knowledge of live entertainment and Insomniac brands/shows (experience in entertainment/theater/theme parks/live events is a plus).
