Program Specialist, Talent Programs

Assist the Learning and Development team in executing talent and leadership programs, including onboarding and internal mobility. Coordinate weekly new hire orientation, ensure day-one details and necessary tools are ready before start dates, and support instructor-led training and self-service resources. Build and manage courses, lessons, and programs in Workday Learning, track participant progress, and report trends/results to program and business leaders to drive continuous improvement.
