Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a comprehensive contract management process for data center execution from design through commissioning.
  • •Create and execute procurement strategies for data center construction packages and long-lead/specialized equipment and services.
  • •Perform market analysis to drive should-costs, negotiate contract documents, and manage RFPs/RFQs for construction and capital equipment.
  • •Track and report projected vs. actual spend, assess budget risk, and deliver budgetary analysis for multi-hundred-million-dollar programs.
  • •Manage vendor/contractor relationships, resolve schedule/delivery/performance issues, and drive cost reduction and schedule acceleration projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing/procurement, contract negotiation, operations/supply chain management, or construction/facilities/industrial or data center management.
  • •Experience with procurement and contract negotiation, including development and negotiation of contract documents.
  • •Strong budget tracking and cost analytical skills for large capital programs.
  • •Direct construction project management experience and/or construction cost estimating on large industrial/commercial/data center projects.
  • •Strong communication skills for written, verbal, and presentation updates to internal stakeholders.
