Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair of automatic doors, manual door systems, roller shutters and related access control equipment.
  • •Diagnose faults, carry out repairs efficiently and ensure work complies with current regulations and safety standards.
  • •Deliver both planned preventive maintenance and reactive callouts, including on-call and out-of-hours work as required.
  • •Work independently with a two-person team when working at heights to ensure safety.
  • •Collaborate with the helpdesk to complete tasks within required timescales using the PDA system.

  • •IPAF and PASMA certifications for working at height
  • •Level 4 qualification in industrial doors, automated gates or similar discipline (preferred)
