Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own the narrative slate and flagship films that carry the category story.
  • •Direct the video spine of hero campaigns from concept through final cut and all cutdowns.
  • •Create and scale repeatable content formats, including podcast and event-to-clip-library systems.
  • •Run the clipping and repurposing pipeline for cutdowns and channel-native edits.
  • •Steward brand standards on every screen: define quality, document it, enforce it, and direct founders and experts on camera.

Key Requirements

  • •Have owned or run a video studio, production company, or in-house video function.
  • •Direct and produce end to end: brief a DOP, run a shoot day, manage an edit, and hit budget.
  • •Be an excellent editor who can set the bar for the bench by editing at a high level.
  • •Be a sharp story editor across formats (podcast, hero films, short clips).
  • •Orchestrate and run a bench of freelancers, editors, motion designers, and crews; be hands-on in a scale-up.
