Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute production “routine rhythms,” including meetings, reporting cycles, and on-time deliverables.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Quality, NPI, Logistics, Production Engineers) to gather and report production schedule requirements.
  • •Translate high-level business objectives into concrete execution objectives for the production team.
  • •Aggregate, clean, and synthesize operational and production data to provide clear visibility into performance and bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

  • •4–8 years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, or a fast-paced startup environment.

  • •Knowledge of a hardware production environment, including BOMs and high-value components.
  • •Highly adaptable in ambiguous situations, able to create order and drive execution.
