Job Summary

Drive planning and delivery of complex, multi-team technical programs in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Design to align execution to strategic objectives, manage interdependencies, and deliver results against multi-quarter goals. Own program process flows, communicate status and risks to senior leadership, and continuously improve operational excellence through coaching, mentorship, and process innovation.

•Structure and drive large-scale, continuous, or time-bound initiatives by clarifying priorities, defining program process flows, and enabling delivery of key work.
•Lead execution of multi-team technical programs, ensuring alignment across cross-functional groups and delivering against shared multi-quarter objectives.
•Navigate complex interdependencies, managing dependencies proactively, unblocking progress, defining timelines, and providing workflow solutions.
•Anticipate and mitigate risks through ongoing involvement with team goals and challenges, and provide structured updates to senior leadership on status and delivery progress.
•Build alignment across multiple teams, coach and mentor others, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive results without direct authority.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 108,000 - 148,500 annually

•5+ years TPM experience leading cross-organizational programs of moderate-to-high complexity across multiple teams and product/technical areas.
•Proven lifecycle leadership through full planning and execution cycles, including managing scope changes and replanning.
•Ability to structure and drive cross-functional programs by incorporating organizational priorities into planning and delivery.
•Regular risk and scope assessment to surface issues early and engage leadership on mitigations and contingencies.
•Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting to team and management and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
