Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the development and drive implementation of an organization-wide information security strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • •Establish and maintain information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • •Oversee identification, assessment, and management of information security risks across the organization, including third-party relationships.
  • •Oversee incident response planning, execution, and mitigation; ensure security monitoring tools are implemented and that regular reports are provided to executive leadership.
  • •Provide guidance and leadership to the information security team, ensuring adherence to security policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in a combination of risk management, information security, and IT roles in a global organization.
  • •Proven track record developing and implementing enterprise-wide information security strategies and initiatives.
  • •Significant experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management.
  • •Significant experience in Agile (scaled) software development and cloud/elastic computing across virtualized environments.
  • •Deep knowledge of security frameworks/standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI, HIPAA, GLBA, SOX, EU GDPR, CCPA, PCI DSS).
