Job Summary

Perform cleanroom engineering conformance testing for Oxygen products, including set-up of test equipment and quality assurance/control testing for raw materials through finished units. Execute strength, thermal, chemical management, pyrometry, and PSI testing to verify electrical, mechanical, and chemical performance. Design and develop test programs/processes, run test simulations, automate test scripts, record results, and support investigations for defects while following safety and manufacturing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform engineering conformance testing for oxygen products, from assisting with setup through executing final tests on finished products.
•Conduct, design, and develop test programs, processes, and systems to measure product functionality and integrity.
•Run and document strength, thermal, chemical management, pyrometry, and PSI (pound-force per square inch) testing as needed.
•Follow company and manufacturing guidelines to ensure safety, compliance, and product reliability.
•Plan automated test scripts and support technical investigations for defects discovered during testing activities.

Key Requirements

•HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
•Ability to perform engineering conformance testing and follow established testing procedures to ensure reliability.
•Ability to set up testing apparatus and execute final tests on finished products and subassemblies.
•Ability to carry out testing as assigned and accurately record test results.
•Ability to follow safety and quality standards and work in an environmentally controlled clean room environment.
