Own implementation of a Chemical Hygiene Plan across multiple manufacturing and R&D laboratory sites, serving as Chemical Hygiene Officer and primary resource for chemical safety questions. Conduct laboratory inspections, safety audits, and chemical hazard/risk assessments; maintain chemical inventories and hazardous waste practices. Lead documentation for compliance and training, support emergency preparedness and spill/exposure evaluations, and assist incident investigations and corrective actions while partnering with employees, managers, auditors, regulators, and customers.
