Key Responsibilities

•Lead mechanical teams in all phases of design cycles, from concept through production, for radar hardware.
•Develop technical solutions for complex problems across the product life cycle including design, manufacture, integration and test of phase array radars/electronics.
•Ensure production-readiness by applying transition-to-production practices and leading design releases.
•Provide technical governance to ensure product and process meet standards and remove roadblocks.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience
•Experience in radar architecture or electronics packaging for military, aerospace, or commercial applications
•Experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances (GD&T)
