Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall development for full stack applications, including technical planning, design decisions, implementation approach, sequencing, and release readiness.
  • •Translate business and product problems into scalable engineering solutions through architecture, frameworks, design patterns, and integration choices.
  • •Develop and maintain scalable, secure backend services and microservices, including event-driven components and streaming services.
  • •Lead frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks integrated with Java backends and API-driven patterns.
  • •Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct architecture and code reviews, and partner with DevOps to containerize, deploy, monitor, and operate services.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide end-to-end development leadership for scalable supply chain solutions in an agile environment.
  • •Hands-on experience building full-stack applications with Java-based backend and modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
  • •Design and develop secure, high-performance backend services and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.
  • •Architect and implement RESTful APIs and event-driven/streaming components using Apache Camel and Kafka.
