Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience as a Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, Construction Manager, or similar field leadership role on construction projects.
  • •Prior federal construction experience with DoD, USACE, NAVFAC, Air Force, Space Force, GSA, VA, or similar Government projects.
  • •Experience managing multi-trade vertical construction or renovation work.
  • •Ability to live and work on Ascension Island for approximately 180 days at a time.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, field coordination, quality control, and subcontractor management.
