Security Guard Lead

Monitor plant activity and perform hourly rounds, including checking trailer and room temperatures and gates. Control access for associates and vehicle traffic, handle after-hours switchboard coverage, and manage billing loads. Follow company policies, inspect incoming trailers, and receive supplies and raw materials. Will cover for the Security Supervisor when absent and help staff the Security Department as needed.
