Job Summary

Own freight transactions for Reckitt by reviewing, validating, and approving HUB freight invoices in the ERP to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payments. Standardize freight invoice processes, manage vendor communications and queries, and monitor MDGS requests for vendor and master data updates. Support month-end close activities with analytical reviews and MCR presentations, collaborating with Shared Services and key stakeholders to resolve aged balances and internal control requirements.

•Review, validate, and approve HUB freight invoices in ERP to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
•Maintain and standardize freight invoice process SOPs across entities.
•Lead monthly vendor meetings to resolve invoice discrepancies, overdue items, and manage vendor queries.
•Initiate and monitor MDGS requests for new vendor setups, master data updates, and bank changes.
•Ensure accurate freight accruals and support month-end journals and close activities with analytical reviews and MCR presentations.
