Key Responsibilities

•Manage IT on-call rotation and handle routine IT operations issues (equipment, SaaS access, account provisioning)
•Own onboarding/offboarding workflows end-to-end
•Develop and maintain wide knowledge of Alan’s processes, equipment, and tools
•Contribute to build projects (MDM improvements, compliance documentation, self-service tooling) with guidance from senior teammates
•Lead low-to-medium IT projects end-to-end and mentor newer team members as you gain autonomy

Key Requirements

•1-3 years IT operations experience (or strong internship/student association background in a tech environment) with oncall/production support
•Device management (MDM — Kandji, Jamf, or Intune), SaaS administration, and basic identity & access management (Google Workspace, SSO)
•macOS fluency and comfort troubleshooting at scale (Apple Business Manager, DEP enrollment)
•Operational reflexes to triage issues and communicate during incidents; escalation when needed
•Documentation mindset with clear, structured documentation and fast ramp-up capability
