Key Responsibilities

•End-to-end lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app, and other owned and paid channels to drive activation, adoption, and long-term retention.
•Segmentation and personalization strategies; develop journey maps to identify friction points and optimize touchpoints for conversion, retention, and loyalty.
•Automated workflows and experimentation with behavioral triggers, A/B testing, and data-driven optimizations.
•Campaign measurement and reporting; surface insights and recommend opportunities for improvement.
•Cross-functional alignment to support Sales and Customer Success priorities and align with GTM strategy.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, ideally within SaaS, developer tools, or B2B technology.
•Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Iterable, Braze, Marketo) and analytics platforms (Amplitude, Segment, Looker, Mixpanel).
•Proven ability to design and scale multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive measurable improvements in product adoption and retention.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of turning insights into actionable strategies.
•Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams.
