Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide safety leadership and ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and corporate requirements.
  • •Lead the Growth Projects portfolio across its full lifecycle (2027–2032) as part of the Owner’s team.
  • •Plan and execute capital projects and studies through PFS/FS, detailed design, execution, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Ensure delivery against safety, scope, cost, schedule, quality, and value within a structured governance framework.
  • •Direct EPC/EPCM contractors, consultants, and suppliers, managing tie-ins, shutdowns, and operational interfaces to minimize production disruption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •15+ years’ experience delivering capital projects in mining or heavy industrial environments.

  • •Extensive brownfield execution experience in active operating facilities.
  • •Strong background in smelters, refineries, mills, or complex metallurgical processing operations, including project governance and stage-gate delivery.
