Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of middle market accounts, including placement and service, to ensure client results are maintained.
•Represent the local office on new business and renewal opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives and Producers to develop coverage strategy and marketing initiatives.
•Prepare, review, and approve client-ready documentation (proposals, analyses, mid-term changes) for new business and renewals.
•Participate in client and prospect meetings and advise on placement of new and renewal P&C programs by crafting market submissions.
•Mentor and lead Associate Brokers and broking support teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

Salary: USD 80,900 - 107,800 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of relevant insurance P&C experience
•Proven knowledge of Casualty (WC, Commercial Auto, GL, Umbrella/Excess) and Property coverages
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience
•Property and Casualty Brokers License is required
•Strong collaboration and communication skills
