•Manage team schedules and labor budgets, adjust operations to budgets and lead weekly work schedules.
•Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professional work area; hire and train staff content; ensure workforce is trained to operate venues.

Key Requirements

•High School diploma or GED required.
•Minimum 2 years of management and food industry experience with multiple large high-volume operations and a team of 10+ employees.

•Experience in Quick Food Service.
