Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise hourly staff and Seasonal Supervisory staff, provide direction, conduct performance reviews and coaching.
  • •Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, employment, and Union guidelines as well as company policies.
  • •Manage team schedules and labor budgets, adjust operations to budgets and lead weekly work schedules.
  • •Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professional work area; hire and train staff content; ensure workforce is trained to operate venues.

Key Requirements

  • •High School diploma or GED required.
  • •Minimum 2 years of management and food industry experience with multiple large high-volume operations and a team of 10+ employees.

  • •Experience in Quick Food Service.
