Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary techno-functional point of contact for travel technology solutions, aligning deliverables with business requirements and operational objectives.
  • •Support, maintain, and troubleshoot GDS-based travel technology solutions, coordinating with vendors to ensure stability, performance, and service continuity.
  • •Manage integration, configuration, and ongoing administration of Air/Non-Air APIs and online booking tools, including validation, troubleshooting, and enhancement support.
  • •Collaborate with business users, developers, and vendors to develop and maintain online B2B portals and POS systems to improve functionality and user experience.
  • •Plan and coordinate technology initiatives using project management principles, including scheduling, UAT/defect tracking, change management, and minimal disruption deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •4–6 years of experience, preferably in travel technology or large travel companies, with corporate travel domain experience.
  • •Solid understanding of GDS systems (Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre) and working knowledge of Air/Non-Air APIs.
  • •Hands-on exposure to Online Booking Tools and experience supporting expense management platforms, especially SAP Concur or similar.
  • •Basic SQL/database querying skills and familiarity with ticketing/ITSM tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow) plus strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
