Job Summary

Join Avanceon MEA as Talent & Operations Partner to support HR functions from recruitment to onboarding, employee engagement, and training across the Lahore office. Key Responsibilities

•Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews by posting jobs on relevant platforms, reviewing CVs against defined criteria, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring processes.
•Support onboarding activities and documentation by preparing offer letters, collecting pre-joining documents, and ensuring all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time.
•Coordinate engaging orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company culture, policies, processes, and tools, ensuring a strong and structured start.
•Maintain employee records and HR systems by ensuring all information, contracts, and documents are filed, updated, and compliant with internal standards.
•Prepare basic reports and trackers using Excel (headcount, onboarding status, recruitment trackers) to support HR planning and decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
•2 years of relevant HR experience
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, and other HR tools (Zoho People, Workday, etc)
•Strong communication, coordination skills and stakeholder management
•Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset; exposure to multiple HR functions
