Key Responsibilities

  • •Upsell available VIP inventory to concert patrons at every show.
  • •Serve as a resource for VIP clients on their in-venue experience.
  • •Assist VIP clients with timing of arrival and concert times.
  • •Coordinate show-night operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security.
  • •Build and maintain strong VIP relationships while anticipating client needs and maintaining professional grooming standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, and guest relations.
  • •Experience selling to high-end, VIP clients.
  • •Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, and strong verbal/organizational/interpersonal abilities.
  • •Ability to diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact and diplomacy, and maintain a flexible schedule.
