Be present at every show to upsell available VIP inventory to concert patrons and serve as a go-to resource for VIP guests. Assist with VIP arrival and concert timing, recognize Live Nation executives and VIPs to enhance membership appreciation, and coordinate on-night operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security. Build strong VIP relationships, maintain professional grooming, and occasionally work special events across multiple venues.
