Key Responsibilities

•End-to-end lead AD system development from planning through verification to mass production, managing milestones, MVPs, roadmaps, and execution plans.
•Define and align development/integration scope between in-house AD stack and external platforms; manage ODD, AD features, system requirements, interfaces, and safety requirements.
•Coordinate cross-functional engineering across Perception, Planning, Control, Localization, Vehicle Interface, verification, quality, and production.
•Design and run validation plans across SIL/HIL/VIL, simulation, proving ground, and public road tests with gate reviews.
•Lead DCAS global Type Approval certification: regulatory trend analysis, product requirements/spec definition, technical documentation, stakeholder interface, and audit/gate review leadership.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of project/program management experience in Automotive, Mobility, Robotics, AI, or Software industries.
•5+ years leading large cross-functional or highly complex technical development projects.
•Experience developing autonomous driving/SDV/vehicle software or AI/ML-based systems.
•Proven ability to manage integration, dependencies, risks, and milestones when combining in-house SW with external platforms/solutions.
•Ability to manage the full lifecycle from AD product planning through production; understand software development processes, requirements/interface/release management.
