Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain a government- and corporate-compliant Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that integrates cost and schedule.
  • •Assist with planning and cost estimating, performing analyses and preparing reports to support schedule commitments.
  • •Produce internal weekly/monthly program schedule review packages and compliant external Contractual Data Requirements List submittals.
  • •Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, variance analysis, and other schedule-related analytical outputs.
  • •Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to keep realistic current contract schedule baselines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business (or related) with 5+ years in Program Planning/Scheduling or Project Management, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
  • •Experience using scheduling software to create and maintain industry schedules (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
  • •Experience developing and/or evaluating Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), critical path, and/or workflow.
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
  • •Ability to interface and influence across organizational levels with strong verbal and written communication.
