Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in talent reviews and support performance management by providing managers timelines and reminders; provide MyHR support and direct employees to appropriate HR groups when required.
  • •Support talent acquisition activities, including workforce requisitions, job offers, related paperwork, and onboarding processes (new hire orientation, journey monitoring, buddy assignment).
  • •Advise managers and employees on HR policies; mediate employee relations issues and escalate complex cases to HR Business Partners while tracking issues and trends.
  • •Communicate employee benefit enrollment processes and assist with compensation/benefit changes, including qualifying life events; create and manage ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets.
  • •Coordinate employee mobility and training/career development activities, compile talent analytics reports, and support offboarding (exit interviews, documentation, and system updates).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or similar operational HR role.
  • •Working knowledge of core HR principles, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • •Experience using HR information systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or comparable platforms).
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees and managers, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
