Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the rollout and maintenance of Frontline Stability Program initiatives across HBM and Non-HBM manufacturing lines.
  • •Manage governance frameworks including FEAT, Equipment Function Matching (EFM), and Change Event Standardization and Governance (CESG).
  • •Define and deploy machine auto-trigger strategies and develop real-time monitoring/FEAT dashboards, applying AI for trigger analysis and root-cause actions.
  • •Perform site-to-site product transfer readiness assessments using 5M1E, and govern Copy Exact alignment, risk mitigation plans, and final sign-offs.
  • •Develop and maintain governance dashboards, benchmark scorecards, executive status reports, and standardized workflows to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing, PDE, quality, equipment, or process engineering experience.
  • •Strong understanding of Assembly & Test manufacturing processes.
  • •Experience in manufacturing transfer, qualification, validation, or Copy Exact methodologies.
  • •Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional/global initiatives.
